I have found the 1 fundamental rule that guides a team to a successful conclusion is having the ability to create a harmonious and synergistic team environment to work in. If from the start, the team that you are working with does not gel into one mind, ideas and work flow will be limited to the opinion of the lowest kind. It is critical in this case to make sure that everyone that you are working with aligns completely with the collective goal or desired outcome.
